Esta Rae an award-winning EVENTS/PRODUCTION MANAGER, CONSULTANT, PUBLIC SPEAKER & CHANGEMAKER, recognised in 2024 as one of the top 50 neurodivergent women in the UK. As an adult when she received her statement confirming she had dyslexia and dyspraxia from childhood, Esta turned her challenges into strengths, becoming a leading advocate for neurodiversity and inclusivity. She is known for her inspiring story, "From Struggle to Strength," and her work in promoting neurodiversity within the music industry earned her a place on the 2023 Women in Music Roll of Honour. She also sits on the Board of Trustees for attitude is everything.

Throughout her career, Esta has broken barriers in education and employment and draws on her lived experience to empower others. Her journey has resulted in her securing a BA in social work , a MA  in Music Business Management, and a successful career as a leading events and production manager, working with global brands such as Sony Music, GRM Daily, Spotify, Amazon, BBC Radio 1Xtra, Channel 4 and more.
